Do your own Urban Challenge

Although our Guy’s Urban Challenge has sadly been postponed until 2021, you can still take on your very own Urban Challenge from home.

“Although I really missed the atmosphere of the Urban Challenge at the hospital this year, it felt great doing a little something to help. I’ll be ready to go again next year virtual or otherwise!”

Take on our triathlon or create a challenge of your own and get your friends, family, and colleagues to compete against you. By doing your Urban Challenge from home, you can tailor it to fit your schedule. Do it anywhere, anytime, and even across multiple days!

Which challenge will you take on?

  • Classic: a 2.5km run, a 15km cycle and a 250 stair-climb (equivalent of 20 floors)
  • Ultra: a 5km run, an 18km cycle and a 250 stair-climb (equivalent of 20 floors)

Take on your own virtual challenge and join our team of Urban Legends by getting in touch below.
