Free Wills Service

As members of the National Free Wills Network we are pleased to be able to offer any supporter aged 50 and over, the opportunity to have a simple will written, or a current one amended, by a qualified solicitor for free.

How it works

  1. Simply complete the form below with your details.
  2. We will pass your request to our partner the National Free Wills Network who will send you all the information you need including a list of solicitors, local to you, who are part of the Network.
  3. You then have 90 days make an appointment with your chosen solicitor who will write your will in the normal way.
  4. Once complete, we pay the solicitor on your behalf at a discounted rate.

Please note, there is no obligation to leave a gift in your will to Evelina London, but it would be wonderful if you choose to do so.
