Christmas is just around the corner, and here at Evelina London, we work to make it extra special for our little patients who must spend Christmas in hospital.

Please give a Christmas gift to Evelina London this year to help make Christmas special for every child.

'Our best present was having our baby sister home...'

Every year, 95,000 children are cared for by Evelina London both in our hospital and by our community services. Children like baby Sayanna who was born at 23 weeks and was rushed to Evelina London’s specialist Neonatal Unit. Sayanna was seriously unwell and spent a month on life support. She had kidney failure and went through 13 blood transfusions - you can imagine how scared Sayanna’s parents were. But despite the odds, Sayanna was home in time for Christmas.

Not all of our little patients will be well enough to go home for Christmas. We want to make sure every child’s time in hospital over Christmas is as comfortable as possible by providing the very best in treatment and care and adding those little touches.

Father Christmas will visit, patients will wake up to a present at the end of their bed, and families can enjoy a Christmas meal all together.

Please give a Christmas gift to Evelina London this year to help make Christmas special for every child.
